The website www.wheelpay.co.nz (the Site) is operated by WheelPay, a division of Portage Cars Limited (“we”, “us”, “WheelPay”). Portage Cars Limited is registered in New Zealand under company number 8083016 and has its registered office at 9 Astley Avenue, New Lynn 0600.

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

We may amend these Terms of Use from time to time by publishing an updated version on the Site. Changes take effect from the date they are published. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law:

  • WheelPay excludes liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) arising from use of the Site, including loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or any consequential loss.

If WheelPay is found liable to you in connection with the Site, that liability is limited to NZD $100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by New Zealand law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
